Sitelanes provides website preview, website setup, hosting, and related services for local businesses. By using this website or submitting a preview request, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Preview Requests
When you submit a preview request, you authorize Sitelanes to use the business information you provide, along with publicly available business information, to generate a sample website preview. A preview is provided for review and does not guarantee final publication, placement, ranking, or availability of any domain name.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and confirming that you have authority to request services for the business submitted. You agree not to submit false, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized requests.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid services may be billed monthly or as otherwise agreed. Pricing, billing terms, cancellation terms, and included services will be presented before payment is collected. Unless otherwise stated, fees already paid are non-refundable.
5. Content and Third-Party Information
Website previews may use information from public business listings, user-submitted information, and generated copy. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before using a preview as a live website.
6. No Guarantees
Sitelanes does not guarantee search engine ranking, increased sales, uninterrupted service, or that third-party data sources will always be accurate or available.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sitelanes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
